DESCRIPTION:Tower of London \nThis event is now fully booked\, so further bookings are not possible.  However the organiser hopes to be able to organise another visit next year. \nThe Young Members Group\, on behalf of the Master and Wardens\, invites all members and their guests to a private evening visit to the Tower of London\, where we will be the personal guests of a Yeoman Warder\, who will be hosting us for the evening. \nThis is a rare opportunity to experience the history and ambience of the Tower of London – one of the most popular visitor attractions in London. \nThe headline picture\, which is of the Tower moat when it was filled with 888\,246 ceramic poppies as a tribute to all those who perished in the First World War\, is ©Dreamstime.com stock images. \nSubject to the weather\, the visit will include an hour-long tour within the grounds of the Tower\, following which we will be allowed to enter the Tower of London Club\, where drinks will be on a pay as you go basis.  We may then be allowed to witness the ancient Ceremony of the Keys. \nThere is a strict dress code for entry to the Tower\, and this is detailed on the flyer\, which can be downloaded here.  Non compliance with the Dress Code will mean that entry to the Tower of London will be declined. \nPlease contract HCA John Rowsell on the email address on the flyer to book a place on this visit\, or if you have any questions. \n  \n  \n
