DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nVisit to the College Arms\nA visit to the College of Arms with an extensive talk about the history of heraldry\, the role of the heralds and a little about the architecture of the building and how they conduct their business. We also spend a good hour in the record room being shown a selection of records dating back to the fourteenth century\, with plenty of time for Q&A throughout and after. \nThis is an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Constructors and learn something about the granting of Arms. Let’s face it\, personalised number plates are so common these days! It will be an interesting and informative visit with wine and a light supper of sandwiches and finger buffet type food. \nNumbers are limited to 20. \nOpen to all members and their guests\, the cost per head is £45 (food and drink included). \nThe closing date is 30th March 2023.
