Pete is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Builder, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, qualified Clerk of Works and membership assessor for ICWCI. He is an Expert Witness with more than 23 years hands on experience on construction sites. He is the owner of Pete Cole Consulting, a practice based in Northern Ireland which undertake snagging and defects surveys on new homes highlighting defects and omissions.
