The Construction Liveries Group presents The London Skyline Symposium
The Construction Livery Group is pleased to announce their London Skyline Symposium, marking the inaugural session of a series of debates focused on the future of the London skyline.
As the city continues to evolve with numerous buildings granted planning permission, the skyline by 2030 promises a transformative view. This symposium will delve into the challenges designers and builders face amidst evolving legislation, new building techniques, materials advancements, and ongoing skills shortages.
The event will be opened by the Rt. Hon. Michael Mainelli, the Lord Mayor of London. He will be supported by guest speaker Tom Nancollas, Assistant Director for Design and Heritage, City of London. Pete Murray OBE will present for the designers and Mark Craig, Regional Director, London, Wates Group will discuss the construction challenges.
