Common Hall & Reception

Common Hall will be held in Wax Chandlers’ Hall at 1700, Thursday 23 Sept 2021. Common Hall is open to all members, but only Liverymen may vote. It is the Company’s AGM and will be followed by a reception free to those who have attended Common Hall.

Common Hall & Reception details:

Common Hall is the Company’s AGM. It is open to all Members, but the only liveryman may vote. Common Hall is followed by a small reception. Members may bring guests to the reception but not Common Hall.

If a Member wishes to ask a question that requires a detailed response, you are request to table it at least a week in advance to enable the office concerned to provide a full answer.

Members may bring a guest to the reception, but this will be at a cost of £25 a head.

So that the company can cater correctly all Members proposing to attend should contact the clerk confirming their attendance and whether or not they are bringing a guest.
