Teambuild Competition

Teambuild is now accepting applications for its 2022 cohort. If you are not familiar with Teambuild, it is a competition in which multi-disciplinary teams of young construction professionals plan, design and develop a large, high-profile construction project. The event takes place over the course of a weekend and competition tasks are based on a live project.

The 2022 Teambuild event will take place on 18 – 20 November at Lane End Conference Centre in High Wycombe and it will explore what a town centre should look like in the future when fixed location working is no longer the norm.

Applicants must be a member of a profession related to construction and have less than six years experience in that profession. The cost per individual team member attending Finals Weekend is £425pp + VAT before 2nd September, or £495pp + VAT after that date. Applicants can apply individually or in groups up to six, and the final deadline for entry is 14th October 2022.

The fee includes accommodation and all meals for the weekend, and presentation of a certificate confirming four days’ CPD credit. Participants will learn new skills, build confidence and appreciate the power of planning, team dynamics and collaborative problem-solving.
