Mansion House Scholarship Scheme

The Worshipful Company of Constructors were pleased to receive a thank you letter for our recent donation of £1000 to the Mansion House Scholarship Scheme

Under Alderman Sir Nicholas Lyons’ Mayoralty, the 2023/24 scholars were selected, including the first scholar from the Republic of Ireland and three female Ukrainian scholars. This selection underscores the scheme’s support for Ukraine, with scholars also hailing from Chile, Ethiopia, Senegal, and Palestine.

Preparations are underway for the 2024/25 international scholars’ selection, reflecting the City of London’s global financial prominence, guided by Lord Mayor Alderman Professor Michael Mainelli’s interests.
