Andrew Hornby

Junior Warden

Andrew is a Chartered Construction Manager who leads the governance of health and safety assurance across international construction and development programs. As a no-code citizen developer, Andrew focuses on creating sustainable, scalable digital solutions designed to improve the quality of life.

Andrew serves on the National Council of the Association for Project Safety (APS) as a nationally elected representative. He has been involved with APS regional committees since 1999 in London, Midlands, and South Central, and is a past Midlands Regional Chairman.

In the Round Table family of clubs, Andrew is a past Round Table and Area Chairman and has served for two years on the national board of RTBI. He remains an active member of three 41 Clubs.

Andrew is also a trustee of three charities: Carousel, The George Timms Trust, and The Round Table Trust. Additionally, he volunteers as a forestry management volunteer with the Forestry Commission and serves as a Parish Footpath Warden for West Northamptonshire Council.

Andrew’s Masters Degree research project on “The Value of Emotional Competence in Design Risk Management” earned him a Distinction from Birmingham City University.
