Deborah spent her early career completing and managing research into the use of advanced materials in public, private and charitable companies. This included applications in aerospace, defence, oil & gas, motorsport and then construction.

Tim Fitch
Senior Warden
Tim was born 1964 and educated at Breakspear Junior School and Vyners school in Ickenham. He then went to Salford University and studied Civil Engineering. He achieved a first class degree and then studied for a masters degree in Soil Mechanics at Imperial College.

Henry LaMB
Middle Warden
Henry was born in 1966, in Farnborough Kent, educated at St. John’s College Choir School and The Leys School in Cambridge before moving on to the forerunner of Anglia Ruskin University to complete an ONC & HNC in Building Studies, on day-release from Sindall Construction (now Morgan Sindall) as a trainee QS and then into site management.

Sir Vivian Ramsey
Renter Warden
Sir Vivian Ramsey was educated in the UK and the USA. He studied engineering science and economics at Oxford before working for Ove Arup and Partners for eight years, qualifying as a chartered civil engineer. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2013.

Andrew Hornby
Junior Warden
Andrew is a Chartered Construction Manager leading health and safety assurance across international construction programs. With over 25 years in health and safety consultancy, he provides solutions to keep people safe and protect business operations. He is also a member of the National Council of the Association for Project Safety, and a trustee of three charities.
