Summer Professional Networking Event – Postponed
It is with reluctance, but in view of the anticipated disruption arising from the forthcoming Rail and Tube network strikes, sadly inevitable, that the decision has been made to postpone the Summer Social Networking (SSN) event planned for this coming Wednesday 22nd June.
We had already planned to arrange a ‘showcase’ event in September or possibly October, and we now intend to combine the two. September is a busy month, but it would be nice to take advantage of the late summer weather if we can.
Tickets purchased for the SSN event will be carried forward and we hope our sponsors, to whom we are very grateful, will allow us to roll forward the generous sponsorship to the new event.
It is hugely disappointing for everyone involved in the organising of this event, and we can only hope that we are unaffected by any similar industrial action in the future.
The Company is very keen to provide value for our newer and less active members by organising affordable and professionally helpful events. We hope to see bumper take up for the rearranged date, which will be publicised as soon as possible.
