Site Visit to Long and Waterson

The Master and Wardens look forward to inviting fellow Constructors and their guests for a “first look” at the newly completed apartments that have been converted from industrial warehouse units in the conservation area at Long Street, on the fringe of the City in Shoreditch.  The construction works have now been completed and the site visit is now planned for 27 August 2019.

This development of luxury apartments feature beautiful loft-style interiors by New York interior designers ODA and communal facilities including a cinema, gymnasium, sauna, steam room, library and landscaped gardens by the award winning British landscape architect Alexander Steed.

The tour is being provided by Simon Kaufman RIBA, the Land and Development Director from the London office of Izaki Group International, and Moran Drucker, their Head of Marketing.

There will be a charge of £5 for the site visit, which will be donated to the Company, and there will be a pay-as-you-go drinks and dinner afterwards in a local hostelry.
